Call for Tenders ESPON Tools (2011-2014) – Upholding of the Baltic Sea Region – Territorial Monitoring System

The main purpose of this call for tender called “ESPON tools (2011-2014) – Upholding of the Baltic Sea Region – Territorial Monitoring System” is to conclude a service contract that shall support the Scientific Platform and Tools under Priority 3, foreseen in the framework of the ESPON 2013 Programme.

The main objective of this tender on “Upholding of the Baltic Sea Region – Territorial Monitoring System” is to further develop the monitoring tool building-up on the results of the ESPON BSR-TeMo. In doing so, this service contract will ensure the continuation of this ESPON Project.

In achieving the main objective this service contract is to continue and further improve the provision of territorial evidence on territorial structures and development trends of the Baltic Sea Region to policymakers and practitioners through a tailor made and up-to-date monitoring tool.

The services requested are further explained in the technical and administrative terms and conditions.

Budget

The maximum available budget for this contract is € 75.000,00 inclusive of all taxes (incl. any VAT related to this contract) travels and accommodations and if applicable, delivery costs.
