Interactive session ‘Towards a European Territorial Reference Framework’ at the European Week for Regions and Cities: This session is is linked to the on-going ESPON study on a European Territorial Reference Framework, supporting the development of the Territorial Agenda for Europe post 2020. Inspiring introductions by Ilona Raugze and Andreu Ulied will be followed by participatory discussions on the future transformations of European territories, on how to influence the change, on how to address social and geographical fragmentation, and on how to contribute to a better territorial balance in Europe.
