The main outcome of this service contract shall be a set of entrepreneurial policy recommendations for national authorities, local and regional authorities in the outermost regions as well as programming authorities of the Interreg programmes operating in the outermost regions. These recommendations are related to public interventions for (a) knowledge appropriation and (b) smart specialization.

Budget

The maximum available budget is EUR 120,000 (one hundred twenty thousand Euros), EXCLUSIVE of VAT.
