This call for tender concerns services of migrating, hosting, maintenance and updating of the ESPON Website, including its tools, the ESPON Intranet and email system and to give support to the ESPON EGTC and external tool developers in relation to these functionalities.

The objectives of the call for tenders are:

• To redesign, update, maintain and host the ESPON Website in order to ensure its continuous access for the public and the public recognition as the central information tool of the ESPON Programmes (2000-2006; 2007-2013; 2014-2020);
• To support and integrate web-based facilities (current and new ones) into the ESPON Website so that it serves as a user-friendly portal for the largest public possible;
• To ensure that ESPON EGTC staff may easily fulfil the role of the web content editor.
• To host, maintain, update and support the internet-related functionalities email, internet, intranet and concurrent web applications (e.g. tools).

The services requested are further explained in the technical and administrative terms and conditions.

Budget

The maximum available budget for this contract is 130.000 € (one hundred thirty thousand Euro), exclusive of VAT but inclusive of all other taxes and disbursements.
