Provision of Copy Machines and Maintenance Contract (2016-2019)

The ESPON EGTC will purchase two copy machines (lot 1) and set up a maintenance contract (lot 2).



Budget

The maximum available budget is:

  • Lot 1 - provision of 2 (two) copy machines: 20.500,00 EUR (twenty thousand and five hundred), exclusive of VAT but inclusive of all others taxes, disbursements and delivery costs.
  • Lot 2 - Maintenance contract for 2 (two) copy machines: 9.000,00 EUR (nine thousand), exclusive of VAT but inclusive of all other taxes, disbursements, travel and delivery costs for the whole period of implementation of the contract (3 years). Request for services for 2 (two) printers: 4.500,00 EUR (four thousand and five hundred two hundred fifty), exclusive of VAT but inclusive of all others taxes, disbursements, travel and delivery costs.
