The main objective of the Call for Tender “Transnational Outreach Support” is to contract a service provider that will provide strategic support to the ESPON EGTC for the implementation of innovative and targeted outreach activities at transnational, national and sub-national level.

The activities to be implemented within the contract will include the organisation of various events in innovative ways, drafting of shorter publications, promotional campaigns and language translations.

The services requested are further explained in the technical and administrative terms and conditions.

Budget

The maximum available budget for this contract is 1,380.000 EUR (one million three hundred eighty thousand Euros), exclusive of VAT but inclusive of all other taxes, disbursements, travel, accommodation and delivery costs.
