The service contract resulting from this call for tender shall further develop and maintain an interactive and user-friendly ESPON TIA web application that can be used to support TIA workshops. In addition this activity should give support to TIA workshops and training to potential moderators of the ESPON TIA tool.

The main outcome should be an upgraded and updated ESPON TIA Tool that gives policy makers and practitioners support with identifying, ex-ante, potential territorial impacts of new EU Legislations, Policies and Directives (LPDs).

Budget

The maximum available budget for this contract is 200.000,00 EUR exclusive of VAT but inclusive of all other taxes, disbursements, travel, accommodation and delivery costs..
