The ESPON 2020 Programme is part of the European Territorial Cooperation Objective of the Structural Fund policies for the period 2014-2020 and was approved by EC decision on 12 February 2015. 

The invitation to tender concerns the implementation of the mid-term evaluation of the ESPON 2020 Programme. The objective of the evaluation is to identify strengths and potential weaknesses and to suggest possible improvements of the programme currently under implementation and at the same time provide some preliminary considerations that could support the debate around a possible ESPON programme post-2020.

Budget

The maximum available budget for this contract is 72.500,00 Euros EXCLUSIVE of VAT but inclusive of all other taxes, disbursements, travel, accommodation and delivery costs.
