This Targeted Analysis aims at identifying institutional factors explaining the efficiency of public institutions in designing and implementing successful territorial development strategies in the framework of the EU Cohesion Policy. The Inception Report is now online

According to the Report, a number of factors related to education, labour market, economic situation, but also culture and gender roles influence age and sex selective migration processes.

Recent study acknowledges various ESPON reports to analyze the extent to which Cohesion Policy interventions for the 2000-2006 and 2007-2013 periods have been appropriate and effective in special types of territories.

The publication provides practice-oriented, tangible results to sectoral and territorial policy makers and planners working on national and different territorial levels, as well as local stakeholders. A summary in English is available here
