During November ESPON kicked-off five new projects: one targeted analysis (North Sea STAR / North Sea – Spreading Transnational Results), three scientific projects (Detecting Territorial Potentials and Challenges, European Territorial Monitoring System, European Urban Benchmarking Webtool) and one transnational networking activity by the ESPON Contact Points (USESPON).
