The objective of the service contract "First Level Financial Control 2019-2022" is to perform First Level Control (FLC) of the ESPON EGTC costs in compliance with EU, national and programme regulations. The duty of the First Level Controller is to validate the expenditures declared by the ESPON EGTC to the ESPON 2020 Programme authorities for the period 2019 - 2022.

Tenders must be submitted electronically and in the English language at the latest by Tuesday, November 27, 2018 at 14:00 CET

Budget:

The maximum available budget for this contract is EUR 210,000 (two hundred and ten thousand Euros), EXCLUSIVE of VAT but inclusive of all other taxes, disbursements, travel, accommodation and delivery costs.
