Call for tenders for “ESPON EGTC IT and web services 2018-2021”

The objective of this call for tenders is to provide a complete and functional IT infrastructure to the ESPON EGTC in order to implement its operation with the highest professional standards for the period 2018-2021.

The services covered in the present call for tender are organised in 5 work packages and are subject to the purchase orders regime:

  • Work package 1: Supply and set up IT and web services
  • Work package 2: Migration
  • Work package 3: Hosting and maintenance
  • Work package 4: Internet provision
  • Work package 5: Telephone solution
  • Work package 6: Support and additional technical solutions
  • Work Package 7: Contract ending and contract transfer support

Budget

EUR 361,000.00 (three hundred and sixty-one thousand Euros), EXCLUSIVE of VAT but inclusive of all other taxes, disbursements, travel, accommodation and delivery costs.

All tenders must be submitted in English at the latest by 28 September 2018 at 15h00 CET (instead of 21 September 2018 at 15:00 CET).
