The service contract resulting from this call for tenders is to provide a complete and functional IT infrastructure to the ESPON EGTC in order to implement its operation with the highest professional standards.

Description of the lots

Lot 1: Internet and telecommunications solution

The aim of this service is to set up a fast internet, phone lines and install and configure the existing IP, DECT phones and conference systems.

Lot 2: IT services

The aim of this service is to set up holistic and fully functioning IT infrastructure with remote servers and directory services to host ESPON files and print solution as well as set up and configure a comprehensive local network solution that would support the hardware in place at ESPON EGTC.

Lot 3: Web services

The aim of this service is to host and maintain ESPON website and its web applications and provide support for ESPON regarding website related issues.

Budget

The maximum budget for all items described in lot 1 is EUR 22.000,00 (twenty-two thousand euros) EXCLUSIVE of VAT but inclusive of all other taxes, disbursements, travel, accommodation, delivery and installation costs to our premises in Luxembourg. All offers above this amount will not be considered.

The maximum budget for all items described in lot 2 is EUR 207.000,00 (two hundred and seven thousand) EXCLUSIVE of VAT but inclusive of all other taxes, disbursements, travel, accommodation, delivery and installation costs to our premises in Luxembourg. All offers above this amount will not be considered.

The maximum budget for all items described in lot 3 is EUR 180.000,00 (one hundred and eighty thousand) EXCLUSIVE of VAT but inclusive of all other taxes, disbursements, travel, accommodation, delivery and installation costs to our premises in Luxembourg. All offers above this amount will not be considered.

All tenders must be submitted in English at the latest by 15 February 2019 at 14:00 CET.
